I hereby confirm that,  1) I understand that completion of the Novice Rider Course within the last 12 months is a prerequisite for this class,    2) I understand that, if I am eligible (within 90 days of participating in a Novice Rider Course at PNW Motorcycle Safety) I will be able to retake the Skills Test towards a testing waiver at the DoL for my 2-wheel motorcycle endorsement. And that my Completion Card will mailed to me in the regular mail. Retesting at this class is optional, I may choose to come back and retest during a regularily scheduled Novice Rider Class as long as I am still within 90 days of my original NRC.    3) I understand if I am late I will be dismissed from the class and there will be no refund of the class fee,    4) I understand if I want to cancel or reschedule this class that I must let PNW Motorcycle Safety know more than 8 days prior to the class start date/time,    Continue with Registration
